Christian J. Titeca is a certified hypnotherapist and awareness mentor with decades of experience guiding people toward lasting inner change. Based in Spain, he works entirely online with English and Dutch-speaking clients worldwide.
His path into hypnosis is rooted in something deeper than technique. After five years as a monk, rising at 3:30 each morning for meditation, group work, and contemplative study, he discovered that true transformation begins not with doing, but with stillness. That insight shapes everything he does today.
Christian's approach is grounded in A Course in Miracles and the understanding that we are not a body with awareness, but awareness itself, temporarily experiencing a body. From that foundation, he works both spiritually and practically, helping clients with anxiety, stress, sleep disorders, phobias, chronic pain, smoking cessation, grief, burnout, and more.
Trained in hypnosis, NLP, and regression therapy, Christian combines clinical precision with a warm, intuitive presence. Sessions are conducted via video call, making professional hypnotherapy accessible wherever you are.

This is more than a consultation — I use this time to already work in a gentle hypnotic way, so you leave with a real sense of what's possible. Not just information, but experience
- Work session / Werk Sessie — $75: A full hypnotherapy session tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're working through anxiety, sleep issues, chronic pain, grief, phobias, or simply seeking deeper clarity, each session combines proven hypnotic techniques with an awareness-based approach rooted in inner wisdom.
Payment terms: Payments
Payment is due prior to the session. You will receive a payment link upon booking. Sessions are confirmed once payment has been received.
