Payment terms: Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment. This allows dedicated time to be reserved exclusively for you and your goals.

Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet, unless otherwise specified.
Package sessions must be paid for in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
Package sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).
