About
I help individuals deepen their relationship with self because, in my opinion, this is what gives everyone the strongest foundation upon which to grow. Most unproductive symptoms usually boil down to one of these three: something from your past is still bugging you, your present needs some improving, or you worry about the future. We will work together to create a plan to achieve whatever goals you have and utilize one or all of the following modalities: hypnosis, NLP, tapping, coaching, breath work, and frequencies.
I began my career as a high school teacher and business owner, with multiple degrees. In 2019 I began studying hypnosis, became a practicing hypnotist online in 2021, and opened a brick and mortar location in 2023.
I love working with individuals of all ages, my current clients range from 6-78. Corporate wellness and group work is a wonderful way to deepen relationships and manage stress. I work with teens on self love, sports performance, and emotional management. I love collaborating with others and have a wonderful podcast, Hypnosis and Beyond with a partner; a school assembly on mental fitness with another partner.
