For years I was stuck in therapy. Talking about my anxiety and never getting better despite my therapist insisting I was improving (although after five years and still feeling sickening anxiety roiling inside me whenever I went outside. . . let's just say I had my doubts).
Everything changed when I decided to improve my communication skills by going to a week-long hypnosis training. I didn't think hypnosis could help me because I'd tried self-hypnosis before and it didn't work.
But in that training, I watched person after person heal. So, I took a chance. I worked with a woman who was already a professional hypnotherapist and in less than an hour, I felt my anxiety break apart. Like a dark tension melted away and I could breathe again.
When I left the training, I didn't feel anxiety anymore.
It was like my eyes opened to an anxiety-free world and my life became so easy, it felt like I was cheating by not having anxiety.
I ended up becoming obsessed with the trauma healing part of hypnosis. And travelled from course to course to learn more.
Eventually, I created my own hypnosis business and that's why I'm here. So I can help you overcome anxiety just like I did. So apply to work with me.
