About
I have been a Psychotherapist in Private Practice for 33 years and have recently opened up a virtual coaching practice. I have been a Hypnotherapist for 16 years and believe it is one of the most powerful tools I have brought into my practice. We can do as many behavioural changes and affirmations as we like but still not create meaningful and permanent changes if the subconscious programs inform us that it is not in our best interest to do so.
In my coaching and therapy practices I integrate other modalities that are supportive of change at a deep level, including nervous system regulation and somatic healing.
My passion is to see people do well and step into their power…..to stop habits that hurt them or change patterns of avoidance and self sabotage.
Although talking about what we do and don’t want is a helpful start, I think engaging the part of the mind that runs our lives is critical.
I also bring trauma-informed training to my work, to engage past trauma ethically and safely. I bring in Energy Medicine, Energy Psychology, sound healing, breathwork and EFT into sessions as well to help create powerful shifts in Mind, Body and Soul.
And I love talking about Manifestation and everything Quantum! I think this elevates the other practices into the realm of spiritual where we can connect with our true essence and our co-creative abilities gifted to us by Divine Spirit/God/Universal Intelligence….whatever you may call it!
