I'm a certified hypnotherapist based in Meridian, Idaho, working with clients both online and in-person. My approach blends classical hypnosis, NLP, and quantum healing frameworks to help people move through what's been holding them back — whether that's anxiety, old habits, limiting beliefs, or unresolved emotional weight.
I trained through the Mike Mandel Hypnosis Academy, one of the most respected programs in the field, and hold certifications in NLP Essentials, Mirroring Hands, and Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH). I've also completed intensive work with Justin Tranz, adding a performance and behavioral edge to my practice.
What I love most about this work is how quickly people can shift when the subconscious mind is engaged the right way. I've worked with clients on everything from smoking cessation and weight management to trauma resolution, past life regression, sports performance, and deep emotional healing.
