When I started this journey I felt stuck and burnt out like I didn’t know where I was going and telling myself "If only I knew where I wanted to go I'd already be there". I started reading books, taking hypnotherapy courses, studying under the experts in the field of mental therapy, change work and I discovered a love for growth and learning. The feeling of overcoming the things that weighed me down and held me back, of climbing to new heights as I moved forward toward something I love doing and wanted to see all the ways it can be used to make a difference in people's lives. Now, I’m assisting other people in making the changes they want in their life and giving them the tools and resources they need to become their most ideal selves.
