I attended college for Art Education. After graduation I continued taking classes in math, science, nursing when finally a counselor suggested I finish something. (P.S., now I can only Spell calculus).
I've had a lifelong interest in mental wellness taking classes in Yoga, Lamaze, Jose Silva's trainings, Jiu Jitsu, and Spring Forest Qigong. Psychology seemed to be the natural course in "finishing something." My favorite professor in grad school suggested that I study Milton H. Erickson...and I was hooked on Hypnosis.
I'm now a Licensed Professional Counselor, Life Coach and Hypnotist and started working with patients in 2013. I've worked in District Clinic, doctors's offices, a hospital clinic, now in private practice. Please feel free to call me with any questions!

- Professional Mental Health Counseling — $200: I use many tools and teach you techniques for self-help to clear away thoughts, feelings or behaviors that have been troubling you.
Payment terms: Payment due a time of service
I do take insurance only when clients enroll in SonderMind.com and request me for counseling sessions as provided by LPC qualifications only.
FOR HYPNOSIS SERVICES: These are not billable to insurance. Price is $250 per session, payable at time of service.
