About
I am passionate about helping people rapidly overcome issues they feel ‘stuck’ with, whether that’s emotional eating, anxiety or a host of other issues. I am a clinical hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, having trained with Marissa Peer, Mike Mandel, Ali Campbell, and Cam Coaching.
Before my career in hypnotherapy I was a senior leader and lawyer in the Civil Service. So I understand performance issues at work such as imposter syndrome and fear of public speaking.
My hypnotherapy practice values are compassion, integrity and results and I’d love to talk with you about how my hypnotherapy programme works.
