About
Gina Lippold-Ruby is a clinical hypnotist and NLP practitioner who works at the intersection of organizational wellbeing and individual identity work. She is the creator of The Work Well Method™, a three-phase framework used with organizations to address retention, attrition, role clarity, and leadership consistency, and she works individually with clients on authenticity and identity-level change. She co-founded Work Well Hypnosis with fellow hypnotist David Ruby. Gina’s work rests on a simple premise: lasting change happens below the surface, at the level of identity, not just behavior. Whether she is working with a organizational leadership to understand workplace pain points or with an individual client trying to reconnect with a version of themselves they’ve lost touch with, her method combines clinical hypnosis with NLP tools to help people access and repattern the beliefs driving their outcomes.
With organizations, this looks like The Work Well Method™, delivered through three programs. These program address concrete business outcomes, including retention, attrition, role clarity, and leadership consistency, with alignment work functioning as the underlying mechanism rather than the headline. Her organizational work is grounded in established psychological frameworks, including the transactional model of stress, self-efficacy theory, identity theory, and emotional labor research. Gina also enjoys working with smoking cessation clients.
