As a hypnotherapist I help people like yourself to let go of fear, phobias, chronic pain and unwanted habits in a gentle, yet powerful way. Having learned from some of the giants of the world of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, I confidently help people to walk away from smoking and vaping, phobias, pain, and to achieve goals they had thought beyond reach.
My goal is always to help a person in the least amount of appointments necessary for permanent change. Usually this is two sessions, with other sessions added if the need arises.
I opened my practice in early 2019 with my wife Nikki Hoare. PlymHypnos Hypnotherapy can be found in the beautiful city of Plymouth, UK. Although most clients prefer to see me in-person, I also work online via Zoom, finding it just as effective.

- Informal face-to-face chat (Initial Consultation): This allow you to meet me and ask ask many questions as you want
Payment terms: Payment is due at least 48 hours before a session is due to start.
I understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. In such situations a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed. This is to allow the appointment time to be offered to someone else. Prepaid appointments as such would not be refunded. Unpaid missed appointments are invoiced at the standard / package rate as appropriate.
Should I need to cancel, there would be the opportunity reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
